Hello! My name’s Rory Flanagan, I’m a foreign exchange student from Ireland and I love everything about America. Especially Nascar, your half-black president and Victoria Secret catalogs. Aye, it's a bit of a culture shock and I do miss my mum, but my sponsor family has just been treating me very well. I'm incredibly thankful to them, especially Ms. Brittany Pierce. She's a fine lass. I am trying to fit in at school, but it's a bit more difficult than I imagined it would be. I've joined the Glee club and everyone in here is just swell and I love it. They're all a fine group of friends and I'm really starting to get the hang of the "American highschool" experience.

Ah well, it’s their loss. There will be a moment in their lives when they look back and think, damn, I messed up. Either that or they stay the same until they die. I am such an optimist.
